A Simple Daily Practice

This simple practice is to help orient us at the time of death and to help us recognize the luminosity or inner radiance. Knowing what is going on can help us recognize. Also, making aspirations during our life to be aware when the luminosity arises is of great importance.

Samsara is perceived and perceiver,
Nirvana is non-dual awareness.

All appearances are mind.

At the time of death, the secret signs of the inner dissolution begin,
Revealing in stages;
Emptiness and Luminosity, one’s pure nature.

Mirage
Smoke
Fireflies
Candle flame

White appearance
Red appearance
Blackout
Luminosity

All appearances are mind,
Mind is Luminous-Emptiness.

Tranquility and Insight,
Shamatha and Vipashyana.
Remain in and Recognize your nature.
